- Akiva Medical covers up to 50% of a basic hospital plan, we will require you to commit to covering the balance or securing a co-sponsor willing to do so on your behalf.
- Approval will be subject to a medical and financial review as well as a comprehensive needs analysis.
- All approvals are at the sole discretion of Akiva Medical.
- Akiva will not cover any medical expenses that fall outside of the scope of the relevant plan onto which members are placed.
